a haven to those pure of heart, sankuchuari is heaven's capital. it is uniquely built in rings; the palace, plaza, commercial ring, suburban ring, open lands, and finally a thick spiritual wall surrounding it. otherwise, it very much resembles a clean city on earth.

heaven is no cloud up in the sky. in fact, it is much like earth--a cleaner, less problematic earth. its capital, sankuchuari, is a haven for souls and angels alike. art, music, and education there have flourished for centuries. recently, however, the angels have become a bit too proud of their accomplishments.
